Once registered you will be contacted annually to arrange a convenient date for your boiler service. This is especially helpful when keeping a boiler's warranty in tact.

A boiler service will be carried out with following the manufacturers & HHIC (consumer guide to gas boiler servicing) benchmark standard. I will ensure safe operation checking flue integrity, ventilation, combustion, gas tightness etc. 

You will be consulted on any defects and also be safe in the knowledge that upon completion your gas supply will have been tested for safe operation and your appliance will be working safely. During a service should expect me to be with you for around  1-1.5 hours.

When you contact me I may want to ask a few troubleshooting questions before booking a visit. I will then arrange a visit to diagnose and if possible rectify the fault.

If this is not possible during my initial visit I will endeavor to get you back up and running with minimal delay.
